ÑÒÐÎÉÊÎÌÏËÅÊÑ Ãðóïï ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîâðåìåííûé òåïëîèçîëèðóþùèé ìàòåðèàë Thermo-SIM, èñïîëüçóåìûé â êà÷åñòâå øòóêàòóðêè, äëÿ âñåõ êàòåãîðèé çäàíèé è ñîîðóæåíèé, ïðèìåíÿåìûé êàê âíóòðè ïîìåùåíèé, òàê è ñíàðóæè ïî ôàñàäó (ïàòåíò ¹ 2004 – 00799, âñå ïðàâà çàðåãèñòðèðîâàíû). Íåò íåîáõîäèìîñòè â ïåðâîíà÷àëüíîì óòåïëåíèè ñòåíû (ïåíîïëàñò, ìèíâàòà è ò.ï.).

Ïðèìåíåíèå Thermo-SIM â ñèñòåìå óòåïëåíèÿ ôàñàäà ïîçâîëÿåò ðåçêî ñîêðàòèòü òðóäî¸ìêîñòü ðàáîò ïðè óòåïëåíèè ðåêîíñòðóèðóåìûõ ôàñàäîâ è ôàñàäîâ âíîâü âîçâîäèìûõ çäàíèé, à, çíà÷èò, è ñòîèìîñòü ñàìèõ ðàáîò, íå ãîâîðÿ óæå î ñòîèìîñòè òåõ ìàòåðèàëîâ, êîòîðûå èñïîëüçóþòñÿ â òðàäèöèîííûõ “ìîêðûõ” ñèñòåìàõ íàðóæíîãî óòåïëåíèÿ ôàñàäîâ, îñíîâûâàþùèõñÿ íà ìíîãîñëîéíîñòè.

Thermo-SIM-ôîðìèðóåò òåïëîèçîëÿöèîííóþ ñèñòåìó çäàíèé, îáåñïå÷èâàåò ýêîíîìèþ òåïëîýíåðãèè è îïòèìàëüíîå èñïîëüçîâàíèå èìåþùåéñÿ ýíåðãèè, íå âûçûâàåò çàãðÿçíåíèÿ âîçäóõà. Thermo-SIM-ïîçâîëÿåò ñíèçèòü òîëùèíó ñòåíû äî 30%, ÷òî ñóùåñòâåííî îáëåã÷àåò íàãðóçêè íà ôóíäàìåíò, à â öåëîì – ïðèâîäèò ê ñíèæåíèþ êàïèòàëüíûõ çàòðàò ïðè íîâîì ñòðîèòåëüñòâå èëè ðåêîíñòðóêöèè.

1. ÍÈÇÊÀß ÒÅÏËÎÏÐÎÂÎÄÍÎÑÒÜ

Thermo-SIM-çà ñ÷¸ò íèçêîãî êîýôôèöèåíòà òåïëîïðîâîäíîñòè (? = 0,064 kêaë/ì÷ ° C) îáåñïå÷èâàåò 30%-óþ ýêîíîìèþ òåïëà çäàíèé. Ñëîé ñìåñè òîëùèíîé â 2,5 ñì ïî ñâîèì òåïëîèçîëÿöèîííûì õàðàêòåðèñòèêàì çàìåíÿåò êëàäêó â 2 êèðïè÷à!!! Çà ñ÷¸ò íèçêîé òåïëîïðîâîäíîñòè Thermo-SIM-îáåñïå÷èâàåò ýêîíîìèþ òîïëèâà íà îáîãðåâ çäàíèÿ ïðè îäíîâðåìåííîì óìåíüøåíèè òîëùèíû ñòåí.

2. ÏÎÆÀÐÎÁÅÇÎÏÀÑÍÎÑÒÜ

Thermo-SIM-íå ãîðèò, êëàññ îãíåñòîéêîñòè Ã1(A1).  îòëè÷èå îò ïåíîïëàñòà, íå áîèòñÿ îòêðûòîãî îãíÿ!!! Âî âðåìÿ ïîæàðà íå âûäåëÿåò óäóøàþùèõ ãàçîâ, äûìà, ÿäîâèòûõ âåùåñòâ.

 óñëîâèÿõ ïîæàðà Thermo-SIM íå ðàçðóøàåòñÿ â òå÷åíèå 40-60 ìèíóò. Ýòî âàæíîå ñâîéñòâî Thermo-SIM-ïðåïÿòñòâóåò ïëàâëåíèþ ðàáî÷åé àðìàòóðû (ñâàðíûå ñåòêè è ïðîñòðàíñòâåííûå êàðêàñû) â ñòåíîâûõ áëîêàõ ïðè ïîæàðàõ, êîòîðîå íåèçáåæíî âåä¸ò ê áûñòðîìó îáâàëó âñåãî çäàíèÿ. Thermo-SIM-âûäåðæèâàåò ìíîæåñòâåííûå öèêëû ïåðåïàäîâ òåìïåðàòóð!!!

Thermo-SIM-íå ñîäåðæèò ïåíîïîëèñòèðîë (EPS), êîòîðûé, êàê èçâåñòíî, õîðîøî ãîðèò, à ïðîäóêòû åãî ãîðåíèÿ êðàéíå îïàñíû äëÿ æèçíè ÷åëîâåêà (öèàíîñîäåðæàùèå ãàçû)!!! Äâèæåíèå ãàçîâ âñåãäà ïðîèñõîäèò èç áîëåå ò¸ïëîé çîíû â áîëåå õîëîäíóþ. Ïîýòîìó áîëåå âûñîêàÿ, ÷åì â ïîìåùåíèè, òåìïåðàòóðà ïðè ãîðåíèè ïåíîïëàñòà íåèçáåæíî ïîãîíèò âðåäíûå âåùåñòâà ÷åðåç îãðàæäåíèå â êâàðòèðó.

Ïîñêîëüêó Thermo-SIM íå ãîðèò â îòêðûòîì ïëàìåíè, åãî ìîæíî èñïîëüçîâàòü òàêæå è íà îáúåêòàõ, íà êîòîðûõ ïðèìåíåíèå ïåíî-ïîëèñòèðîëà âîîáùå íå äîïóñêàåòñÿ. Ýòî çäàíèÿ ñ ïîâûøåííûìè ïðîòèâîïîæàðíûìè òðåáîâàíèÿìè è îòâåòñòâåííîñòüþ (áîëüíèöû, äåòñêèå ó÷ðåæäåíèÿ è äð.), à òàêæå çäàíèÿ ñ ïîâûøåííîé âëàæíîñòüþ âíóòðåííèõ ïîìåùåíèé (áàññåéíû, ñàóíû, ñîëÿðèè, áàíè, âîäîëå÷åáíèöû, àâòîìîéêè è äð.).

3. ÂÅÑ

Îäèí êóáè÷åñêèé ìåòð ñóõîé ñìåñè Thermo-SIM âåñèò 320 êã/ì3. Thermo-SIM â 5 ðàç ëåã÷å êëàññè÷åñêîé øòóêàòóðêè (1300 êã/ì3), ñâîáîäíî ïëàâàåò â âîäå.
